2. Our check-in time is 1300 hrs and check-out time is 1100 hrs. Any early check-in and late check-out will be subjected to availability and charged as per the hotel policy. Any early departure would be liable to pay for one room night charges.
3. Applicable GST for Room rate per night per room INR 7500 is 18%.
4. Room will be held on confirmed basis subject to guarantee either by the company in writing or by credit card details.
5. All non-guaranteed reservations will be released by 18:00 hrs on the date of arrival.
6. Airport transfers are arranged at an additional cost, unless specified as above.
7. The hotel requires at least 48 hours prior notice to cancel the reservation. Any cancellation received after this will be Subject to one room night charges.
8. In case of advance purchase bookings, full deposit is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.
9. In case of cash payment exceeding INR 50,000 a PAN Card is mandatory.
10. As per the law, smoking is prohibited in public areas including the lobby, restaurants and bars / lounge, swimming pool and Health club of the hotel. Smoking rooms can be provided upon prior request while making the reservation and are subject to availability.
11. Govt. approved Photo ID (Driving License, Adhar Card, Voter ID Card, Passport)proof is mandatory at the time of check -in for all the guest. PAN Card will not be acceptable as it doesn't have the address.
