Terms Conditions
- Hotel reserves the right of admission.
- Our check-in time is 1300 hrs and check-out time is 1100 hrs. Any early check-in and late check-out will be subjected to availability and charged as per the hotel policy. Any early departure would be liable to pay for one room night charges.
- Applicable GST for Room rate per night per room INR 7500 is 18%.
- Room will be held on confirmed basis subject to guarantee either by the company in writing or by credit card details.
- All non-guaranteed reservations will be released by 18:00 hrs on the date of arrival.
- Airport transfers are arranged at an additional cost, unless specified as above.
- The hotel requires at least 48 hours prior notice to cancel the reservation. Any cancellation received after this will be Subject to one room night charges.
- In case of advance purchase bookings, full deposit is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.
- In case of cash payment exceeding INR 50,000 a PAN Card is mandatory.
- As per the law, smoking is prohibited in public areas including the lobby, restaurants and bars / lounge, swimming pool and Health club of the hotel. Smoking rooms can be provided upon prior request while making the reservation and are subject to availability.
- Govt. approved Photo ID (Driving License, Adhar Card, Voter ID Card, Passport)proof is mandatory at the time of check -in for all the guest. PAN Card will not be acceptable as it doesn't have the address.
- 100 % advance to paid on or before check in.
